Kheloney means ‘toys’ in Urdu and represents the fun and playfulness at the heart of our philosophy. We trust in the Power of Play; believing that children are happiest when encouraged to play freely. This means that they can explore toys, books, music, languages, and crafts in their own way, in their own time, and in a relaxed, sociable, and safe environment.
We welcome children, their teenage siblings, and adults to playdates at our Kheloney centre as we all benefit socially from regular, safe contact with a mixed and vibrant community. It gives us the chance to make strong and inspiring connections, learning from one another with patience and grace, and raising a generation of inquisitive, open-minded, and caring human beings.
If you are new to the Kheloney community, why not join us on a FREE Play Session, every Sunday from 5.15pm to 6.00pm. You and your children can use our toys, crafts, books and music however you like – simply let your imagination run free!
We can answer any questions you may have regarding products, special events, summer camps and bilingual sessions, and your children can play with our toys while you have a look around.
Places are limited and will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis, so please RSVP to attend and join our mailing list to stay in the loop.
